Citrus Research International (CRI) required a solution to manage internal processes of the Citrus Improvement Scheme, including managing contact information of their stakeholders. Data include cultivar agents, nurseries & growers, also the details of their cultivars, order management, stock management, deliveries and invoicing.
Arksoft custom built an ERP system addressing their specific challenges. Our project team approached the required development in a modular structure to deliver prioritized features that added value. The modular based approach allowed CRI to use their system without waiting for the finished product.
This has allowed Arksoft to provide value without disruption to CRI’s business operations. Arksoft has provided an effective solution which outputs valuable data that is immediately accessible which no longer causes breaks in processes, reducing manual intervention and improves productivity.
Arksoft continues to work with CRI to provide efficient solutions to the processing and management of their stock, orders and clients.
